I found it very informative and once explained about the function of drainage system my treatment made sense.
Made to feel very comfortable, was very informative and generally a very nice doctor and staff.
Everything was explained clearly and questions answered.
Phoned helpline and spoke to Simon who was really helpful and supportive.
Had assessment visit from Suzanne from community team we both felt informed and supported by Suzanne.
Suzanne organised a refferal to district nurses the same day.My husband commented that it seemed "perfect for her job"
My husband received first class care and attention, as did I. He knew what he wanted and spoke to the doctor and he would not have been disappointed. When he was diagnosed he wanted to be in the hospice because we had experienced hospice care in Manchester in 1990 when his son died of cancer. His wish came true and I am very grateful. Thankyou
Fantastic well trained and professional staff whom are sympathetic and kind to not only the patients needs but also in supporting families..care given was exceptional, looked after us 24/7..at such a sad time for alot of families they did their best in more ways than one to accommodate our family..will always be greatful..thank you
If it hadn't been for the care and support of St Catherines hospice when my husband was very ill I don't know how I would have got through those days
My Dad was an inpatient twice at St Catherines. The care he received was of an excellent standard and delivered with love.
He felt totally happy during his time here. We were always made to feel welcome and at home, even the dog loved coming to visit!!
Since his death my Mum and I love going back and find it a very special and peaceful place to visit. We are always made welcome and it will always be an important place for us to visit and support.
Experience to our entire satisfaction.
I felt looked after and listened to.
