-Friendly welcome at reception.
-Swiftly welcomed to wait upstairs.
-Lovely lady served cup of tea and cake.
-Another lovely lady communicated that appointments were running late and kept us updated.
-Doctor took time to care and make sure my mother asked her questions, understood his answers and clearly summarized who was going to do what (the next steps).
- I just hope my mother has time to experience St Catherine's.

Staff courteous and sympathetic. Very chatty and welcoming.
Take time to know you and remember details. Access to alternative therapies excellent.
Joan and Carol are lovely and brighten up the day.
The only issue is lunch, being vegetarian choice is limited to cheese sandwich or jacket potato.

My care today was exceptional. I was looked after very well. My condition was fully explained to me and I have complete confidence in the nurse who treated me.
