Julie Norris (my nurse) was (as she always is) kind, supportive, compassionate and honest with me with regards to my symptoms/diagnosis. St Catherines Hospice is somewhere that has and always will be a place where I feel loved, supported and genuinely cared about. (Mum and Auntie) were treated here.

Maxine was caring, sensitive and honest and friendly.
The focus on the bigger picture with regards end of life care was welcome.
Her understanding with our frustrations about communication was great.
She listened.
By the end of the visit, I felt she understood my mums needs and wishes.
