Sue save me the right information, also very caring, she gave me confidence, in everything she said to me I felt very good that she came and made me feel very happy in every thing she could do to help me with the rest of my life, that left made me feel very happy with the care I could receive to make my life more comfortable, was very reassuring.
The clinical nurse specialist- Chellie came to see me and was very informative and friendly, she made me feel confident in using your activities when need I them. She is coming to see me again in a couple of weeks.
Very caring, does not need improving.
Julie spent a long time explaining things to me in a very clear way which was great, another nurse interrupted our session (which was fine) but did not acknowledge me at all or apologize, which was a shame. It's unfortunate that the Armstirk clinic is only 1 day a week as that made it inaccessible to me. Julie has agreed to liaise with my occ. health team at work which I appreciated. Thank you.
This was a meeting about my mum who has Alzheimer's disease. It was an excellent meeting there was nothing to be improved upon.
Lymphadenitis nurse caring to houses day care center helps you to relax.
Karen was excellent with a lovely manner. She provided really helpful information at this difficult time. A real source of reassurance and support. Thank you.
Upon arrival Julie Norris greeted me with enthusiasm and put me at ease straight away, the consultation was extremely diverse but Julie made sure I understood everything that she said and reiterated anything that needed saying. I left the appointment feeling that I was in good hands and at long last there was light at the end of the tunnel.Thank you Julie.
