I saw Julie Noms, everything was explained clearly so it was easily understood by me, I had the utmost confidence in her and she was very kind and caring. The dignity and respect I received was amazing and I felt at ease all through the appointment the information I was given was also explained clearly.
There is nothing to be done to improve anything as overall the appointment was perfect.

Very friendly and explained everything very clearly.
The support and care I have been given at St Catherines has been fantastic. I attended day therapy for 12 weeks which was so helpful - not only because I learnt a lot from the sessions, the care from the staff helped me so much to stay positive and try to keep myself as well as can be. As I live alone, the help I have received at Macmillan grant to enable me to have a short break to Wales which will do me so much good. I would like to thank everyone I have met for all their help and support.
