The nurses are very caring helpful with any questions we have great support to us as family could not do without there support.

One staff member was a bit off hand.

At weekend the call bell was not answered and I had to go looking for people I think they were over worked. Some food items were forgotten.

The service was received from St. Catharine’s was exceptional was have now lost my father, but he was so grateful of your help and support.

All the staff were excellent and could not do enough for me and always asked if their was anything else I needed or they could do for me I cannot praise them enough.

I was apprehensive about my appointment but needn’t have been. Warmly welcomed on entrance and once introduced to Julie Norris was quickly put at ease. Julie went over everything in detail for me and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I feel I fully understand more now.

I couldn’t find fault, keep up the good work you all do
