Very well explained.
My husband never visited St. Catherine's but was visited at home by your MacMillan nurses during his last few months. They were very informative, kind, caring and supportive but, in spite of their reassurances, I feel they let him down by promising him that his death would not be painful. I now know that this may have been the case if he had been admitted to the Hospice but certainly wasn't because he chose to be at home. I wish this had been made clearer to us and I am very concerned that other terminally ill people are being denied the information they are entitled to.
Excellent and very informative. Can't think of anything to improve on at present.
I do not think you could improve on the care given. Shelley was very kind and considerate in every way. I would like to thank her for every thing she said and did. Thank you also goes to the doctor who came, she too was very kind. I wish her well for the future.
Patient.
I cannot thank everyone enough for the care I have received. Everyone from the doctors to the volunteers have been wonderful.
I could sing praises all day but I'll just say a heartfelt thank you to you all.
The information given was very clear and easy to understand. Also the treatment was explained very well too.
The St Catherine's team really helped me to understand and assist with pain management in every aspect from medication to physiotherapy tips. The staff were caring and facilities and grounds immaculate. My stay really did help me to cope physically and mentally with my next steps.
I always receive polite and caring attention with discussion about solution to problem which are usually very good.
Caring way she spoke to us. Genuine care shown. Easy to talk to. Very helpful and sympathetic.
