Karen was lovely. She got my mum the medication she needed and arranged for carers to come in and help her.
She was very kind, caring and thoughtful.

I felt at ease immediately Karen enabled me to be myself. Therefore I was able to share anything and everything that was necessary.
Karen was very knowledgeable kind and considerate but also has a fantastic sense of humor.
Day 1- no more worries.

I received a visit from Vicky Hargreaves today clinical nurse specialist did not know what to expect. The whole experience was positive Vicky is a good listener. I was pleased with the depth of information we received.
