Sister Burdett was excellent. It was lovely knowing I have someone to support me. Immediately she arranged for an x-ray and things I did not know I was entitled to.
She was also concerned for my relatives who were happy for her support as very husband visit well himself.

Everything was brilliant from arriving, to being transferred to sir Tom funny nursing home.
It was like being wrapped in a "great big soft cover" (A family saying) we cant thank you all enough, sending big hugs and loves from the patient and the family.

The fact that she is extremely personal in her approach and can relate to people on a personal level, including family members.
Has given advise and access to information and equipment that we would not have known about.
When doing breathing techniques she was able to say other people have similar issues. It was good to know that it wasn't just me. It helped me.
