My wife and I are here, looking after my brother, in our own home, in his final days. Things are tough at the moment, coming to terms with our loss. But thanks to the support from the platiff care team Leone GPs District nurses etc. It would be practical impossible, I only hope that this service can continue to help others, in their need.
