I am exceptionally embarrassed about my condition it has been life changing and robbing me of my self confidence, but the lovely lady that I saw made me feel very at ease and as though I was not a freak. This is vital.

My GP has given me to advice or information at all about my condition and I would have loved to have had more about it - a small information book maybe - this might help put some of my fear to rest - other than that excellent service.
