I feel I received good care and was encouraged to ask questions and left the appointment fully aware of the ongoing treatment. Julie was extremely personable and approachable, thorough in her explanation of the care required and its benefits - she used relevant analogies to explain what was required and why. I left the consultation feeling respected and cared for, confident that my condition could and would improve over the coming months thank you.
