Karen Burdett visited a patient I care foe, she was extremely caring and put everyone at ease. She offered her expertise to enable the best care and nursing practice so this patient could pass with dignity in the home he chose. The staff here and the patient feel empowered and its great to know there is always someone with expert knowledge on the end of the phone to offer advice.
