(Ursula) Lymphoedema nurse was very pleasant, I was at ease. Everything was explained for me to understand. She inspired confidence in me and I have total trust in her. So I didn't feel awkward or stupid during questions and examination. I don't think she can be improved on I was very happy with outcome.
