My father was given his identity back. He died in his own way in his own time. We had 3 extra days together without suffering or intrusion. You enabled to do for him what he had asked.

I had reservations about a member of staff asking at his bedside if we wanted locks of hair or fingerprints of him. I felt this should have been done more discretely.
