The needs of my mother, as a patient and ourselves as a family, were met with a dignity and respect beyond our expectations. We were treated with a kindness, a calmness, a humour and a quiet efficiency by all. This included not only all the nursing staff, but also the cleaners, the auxiliaries and the reception staff too.

All the reports received from family members and friends who went to visit my mother gave glowing accounts of not only the treatment received by her, but also the dignity and respect that they themselves experienced.
