As an ambulance crew, we regularly come to St Catherine's. I have nothing but praise for all the staff here, from the minute you walk through the door their kindness shines through. Without people like this the EOLC would be no more. The staff and volunteers here have an excellent empathetic approach and deal with Pt's so sensitivity. I have never been here and not seen a member of staff without a smile or taking time to chat to it's, relatives and ambulance crews. Hard hard workers. :-).
