Chelle who came was lovely and took time to explain what could be provided by their service and gave helpful advice on how to manage some of my symptoms such as shortness of breath, low mood, sore legs and skin lesions and generally made me feel more positive about my deterioration of health and peace of mind that I have a contact for whatever the future brings for me and my family.
