Your team made it possible for us to give mum the dignity and love at the end of her life, just what she deserves. Without you we could north one brought mum home from hospital which made such a difference to us.

I hope that hospice at home will carry on we feel so lucky that you are here, and so grateful that you gave us extra quality time with mum.
