Although my appointment started quite late and felt that I was given plenty of time to learn about my condition and how to help relieve it. It was explained in a way that was easy to understand and follow. After just a couple of weeks I am feeling the benefit of the routine I was given.

Communication between departments could be improved or checked as I was left for approximately 45 minutes sat in the sun and was hence late for my appointment. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to visit you.
