Your team (Hospice at home) cared for my dad in his last few days of life. They made a difference to my dad and the family - they were professional, compasionate and showed a geat deal of 'Care' treating my dad like he was their own Talking to him and explaining what they were doing all the time - this far outwayed our facilities previous experience of social services care in many respect.

No faults - just wish we had accessed this take sooner and hope many other families are able to appreciate that service as it was a huge support providing dad with the care he needed. Thank you.
