The specialist was very confident assessing what was required and necessary to provide good end of life care and was able to mobilize services.
Suggested improvements
Not sure, the only thing I can say is that St. Catherine's ough to have been involved earlier- not certain whether that was the fault of the GP or St. Cath's admin.
