The staff were beyond helpful going above their call of duty. They looked after Sandra in such a way it made the process easier. The family felt cared for as much as they looked after Sandra.
Suggested improvements
There is nothing we can say that could have been done better as they were there not only whilst we were there but also after.
The heart is a brilliant idea, don’t ever stop that.
