The nurse was very caring and explained things to us very clearly. This was the first time me and my husband have been to St Cathrines other than coming to the Fortis , but nurse put us at ease and was very helpful and we were both upset but she was very kind and understanding. As far as I could see I don't think anything could be improved as all the staff were very nice and cheerful.
