When Julie Norris came to my front door she introduced herself straight away. She was polite throughout the whole resist and explained everything in lay-person terms, using wonderful illustrations If assessing, I would certainly give her 100 out of 100!!!

I do not think there is anything that could have been done better at this stage as everything was explained thoroughly.
