Your overall service was extremely good, apart from one occasion when personal care was requested but took one hour and forty minutes to arrive. The reason given was its lunch time” and yes I agree its important that patients receive food, but should it be at the experience personal care? My wife was very uncomfortable and insome distress but lunch.

Took priority over personal care. This was an isolated incident and apart from this occasion, care was consist {} extremely good.
