So friendly, caring and so nice to the patient who really looked forward to her massage. It was great.
- Needs were identified correctly.
- Suitable services were identified and delivered.
- Plenty of opportunity to have my say.
- Consider complementary theory a very unexpected bonus.
- Looking forward to meeting my nurse next week.
With thanks.
My husband has metastatic bladder cancer and has only recently started to receive Rowcroft care. We both have felt very relieved to have the support of Tracy our nurse. I think as time goes on we will really appreciate the knowledge and support from everyone involved in his palliative care at home.
I have also visited Rowcroft outpatients myself to receive complimentary therapy and this helps more than words can express. An hour 'just for me!!
Always there to help.
Excellent.
Could offer this service 3 times a week.
Time being extended as so comforting and relaxing and enjoyable.
I was extremely surprised (nicely) when the nurses arrived especially with Karen who was always on the end of a phone answering questions and reassuring me. The nurses were all really great, with a sense of humour and we had a good laugh.
Thank you for being there. I really thank you all. I have had Elizabeth soothing me by massage on my back and feet, really relaxing!
Thanks again for everything you have really made me, except my illness.
To improve, I personally would suggest you get to chat with the client and find out what times are convenient to them- i.e early mornings or certain days etc.
Any information that you felt would help them, i.e better incontinence pads, how often you felt they should receive care.
(i,e rising, showers- or staying in bed, for rest).
Very professional care given at all times.
