To improve, I personally would suggest you get to chat with the client and find out what times are convenient to them- i.e early mornings or certain days etc. Any information that you felt would help them, i.e better incontinence pads, how often you felt they should receive care. (i,e rising, showers- or staying in bed, for rest).
