I was extremely relaxing and going to Rowcroft instead of home was nice and more relaxing.

Sarah Baker visits my home every week of fortnight and is always on the end of the phone if needed in between for help and advise to me and my husband/family.
She is like an 'angel' giving us the support and advise at this difficult time.
We couldn't cope without her, thank you.

The consultant truly listened to my husband's wishes and the staff did everything to accommodate this.
We are so grateful that he was in the hospice for his last 48 hours.

The care I have received has been excellent in every respect, the staff are genuinely concerned with your welfare,kind, discreet, gentle and caring. I cannot see an area which needs improvement. The location is beautiful too.

The treatment I am receiving is perfect - Debbie is exceptional especially - I am very happy and grateful for the support and will hope to return the good will in the future as well as singing in your lovely choir. Very therapeutic.

Explanation of step by step care at all times.
All staff caring and bright.
A positive environment during a dark time and bringing the dogs in is an excellent idea.
