Initially mum was apprehensive as she did not know what was involved but she absolutely loved it.
The reflexology really relaxed her and now relishes his visits.
Rob was brilliant with her putting her at ease and so professional.
Thank you for giving up your time to do this voluntarily it is much appreciated.

It was the emphasis on care as to other aspects, the medical requirements did read to be treated independently.
Care was the main emphasis.

Treated like a human, with respect and involved in the processes about treatment now and in the future, that I felt was important for me.

My nurse Liz is very knowledgeable on her subject, and kept me informed in everything she was doing.
I was also very impressed with the support when I was feeling low.
You really do have such wonderful staff.
Caring, competent and friendly.
