Everyone was friendly, caring and very helpful, we were made to feel very comfortable and everyone listened to our concerns and worries.
We could not ask for anything better.

Visitors from Rowcroft were very positive and encouraging.
Julie from OT was helpful and gave us lots of ideas and has helped us obtain aids for mobility etc.

We felt numb after TBH.
Told my husband the result from his test but after several visits from Ber and Emily, we both feel better.
Bev has got my husband walking with a stick indoors and he is now doing what she tells him.
He listens to her.
Emily has become my greatest support.
She seems to know how I feel and talks to me.
I feel I have always and known her and she is a friend.
She also makes me laugh.!

Very good integration.
Everyone is in touch with everyone else.
So it all works very well and everyone has been so kind and helpful.

I had 4 massages with Sue which I enjoyed.
I mentioned to her I prefer a firmer massage but this didn't happen.
I enjoyed a session of reiki with Graham and my last treatment of a massage was with Julie which was much firmer.
I felt much better and more relaxed.

After experiencing the heart break of dealing with the terminal illness of our mom, the care she received in her final week was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff, whether directly involved or not, were always very kind and empathised with all of the family as well as the most important person, our mom.
We would like to thank each and every member of the staff for their kindness and understanding throughout this difficult period and we know our mom received the best care possible.
