After experiencing the heart break of dealing with the terminal illness of our mom, the care she received in her final week was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff, whether directly involved or not, were always very kind and empathised with all of the family as well as the most important person, our mom. We would like to thank each and every member of the staff for their kindness and understanding throughout this difficult period and we know our mom received the best care possible. Thank you.
