Unbelievable love and care given throughout. All those we encountered during our dad's stay are truly wonderful human beings. We shall never forget each and everyone for helping us through the most difficult time.

Including my mum in all decision making even though she has advanced dementia cancer. Questions answered about concerns for the future. Community Rowcroft nurses have been very caring with my mum and myself. So glad they are here for us. Thank you.

Liz is compassionate and has great empathy.
Today I was feeling extremely low and she allowed me to share my feelings and I felt comfortable with sharing my concerns.
She has an amazing gift of putting you at ease from the moment we first met.
I am so pleased to have met Liz.
Liz is gentle and professional and has made me feel cared for.

Outstanding, kindness, care and compassion.
Nothing too much trouble.
Never made to feel a nuisance.

The therapists approach was excellent.
She made me relax and allowed me to talk freely about my problems and was listening to what I was saying, evident in his replies to me.
I was made to feel special and the treatment certainly helped my pain, discomfort and well being.
Many thanks for the opportunity to receive this excellent care.
