My mother was in Rowcroft for just under 2 weeks, the nursing care was excellent, all the staff were extremely kind and caring.
The only negative I have is that I as the sole carer of my mother the communication between myself and the Doctors could have been better and the communications between the Doctors themselves. I was given one decision by one nurse practitioner and another by a Doctor which I felt caused unnecessary friction.
I would like to say a big thank you to all that cared for my mother. Especially to all the volunteers who gave up their time over the Christmas period. they were all exceptionally kind and considerate and nothing was too much trouble.

Julie is amazing. I have never met someone so calming to be around. She is an absolute delight to receive a treatment from.

The massage helps relax my muscles.

I'm a carer to my friend who has terminal cancer.
We have been friends for 25 years.
Since he was diagnosed.
I've been helping him with everything.
As things progressed, we met a wonderful group of ladies.
We were truly amazed at how much love and compassion they have given us.
I don't know what I would have done without them all.
The help and support has been incredible.
One particular lady who gives us complementary therapy is truly a blessing.
Liz, you are wonderful!
I've carried alot of stress and worry for a while.
When I had reflexology with Liz it was a beautiful experience.
She has made me feel fantastic in many ways.
I've loved every moment.
I wouldn't change a thing, you ladies are the best.
