My mother was in Rowcroft for just under 2 weeks, the nursing care was excellent, all the staff were extremely kind and caring. The only negative I have is that I as the sole carer of my mother the communication between myself and the Doctors could have been better and the communications between the Doctors themselves. I was given one decision by one nurse practitioner and another by a Doctor which I felt caused unnecessary friction. I would like to say a big thank you to all that cared for my mother. Especially to all the volunteers who gave up their time over the Christmas period. they were all exceptionally kind and considerate and nothing was too much trouble.
