What could change is different food on menu.
Your care here at Rowcraft is likely able caring and friendly. And care about your patience.
We are very happy. Excellent service. Will be good if every person got separate room.
Absolutely amazing care and attention from every member of staff! Monika is so calming in what is a very upsetting and stressful time for us all.
Made me feel relaxed, explained what what was being done. Friendly, with my medical conditions I can get panicky and worried about often simple things I did not experience any of this.
I cannot think of any improvements that could be made. The lady who came is a very lovely person.
Physio and occupational therapists were excellent but emergency contact was sadly lacking and palliative care nurse was abysmal. She failed to ensure that pain levels were properly addressed, declined to give "hospice at home" on the basis that patient was not within the last few weeks of life. In fact he died within a forth night.
Refused hospice admission saying it was for those needing symptom control when, in fact his symptoms were definitely not controlled.

The first time I met Casa I found her approach both professional and caring.
She explained the treatment she could offer me using manage and corner/essential oils we discussed which of these would or could be suitable for me.
I found her treatments made me feel more relaxed. I am anxious and it was nice to talk to someone about my illness and treatments.
This is after 3 treatments and look forward to my next appointment from being able to lay down. No further improvement needed.
Relaxing.
Everything was excellent.
Treatment was wonderful, would like it every day.
Initially things did not go well confusion, lack of involvement i.e. not told what medication was ordered or choice. Things not followed through so left struggling with consequences.
Person changed and things moved forward positively and I began to feel supported - boxes ticked on this experience.
Some unfortunate assumptions cost me - i.e. knew nothing of attendance allowance until radio program.
