Physio and occupational therapists were excellent but emergency contact was sadly lacking and palliative care nurse was abysmal. She failed to ensure that pain levels were properly addressed, declined to give "hospice at home" on the basis that patient was not within the last few weeks of life. In fact he died within a forth night. Refused hospice admission saying it was for those needing symptom control when, in fact his symptoms were definitely not controlled.
