I was most unimpressed with Rowcroft's service and care in 2000 when my wife, who was suffering from breast cancer, was an in-patient in Torquay and spent the entire night in a ward also occupied by a deceased patient. However now being a patient myself with Rowcroft, I cannot fault the care I have received. I receive weekly attention and care at the highest level provided at home by Sarah Baker a wonderful nurse who maintains a three-way link between myself, Doctor Bryant, my GP and Rowcroft

My dad was under your care for around a month in September last year. We could not be more grateful for all that you did for both him and us. You made the hardest few weeks of our lives that little easier with the care and attention you gave to us all. The care my father received was outstanding, he was treated with dignity and respect. You allowed us to make memories that we will never forget by allowing us to have a family gathering in the lounge for my aunties 60th. At the time we were unaware how significant that day would be, it was the last time we were all together before my dad passed away. You let my mother, sister and I stay with him for his last few days and made us feel like we were always welcome. No words an explain how much I appreciate all you did for us, although I never want anyone to go through what we went through I know that with you by their side it is sure to be a lot easier. Rowcroft will always hold a special place in our hearts. So thank you, to everyone single one of you. You really did make a difference. You really are angels in disguise.

Everything was good, all care given was with kindness and full attention to detail. Every member of staff from doctors to cleaners have been kind and focused on best care for my mum.

The service is fantastic. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. These people really do care. The art person Rose, I consider myself lucky to have a one to one. Art Ratcken and Liz, when she does my feet. I'm in heaven sucking Gobstoppers!!!! What a wonderful wonderful selection of people who care. Thank you Rowcroft and all who work for them.

Tracey Hurley chased up things that we had been told by others (not from Rowcroft). Were being dealt with, to find out we weren't even on the list, we'd been waiting a couple of month's Tracy spoke with them on our behalf and we had a phone call and a visit the following day, we felt before know-one was listening, know-one cared it was just words and got forgotten afterwards trying to sort things to Tracy everything got sorted out, it help us concentrate on other things and stop worrying.

The service is wonderful. A lovely lady who came "Liz". Feel so much better after her visit she is very respectful. Kind and thoughtful. Can't thank her and rowcroft enough.
