Everything, the staff, being treated with dignity, and care. Couldn't wish for better care. Staff caring and helpful.

Patients and families received such loving care. Staff will do 110% to make sure everyone is welcome. My dad had an awful experience in hospital the care was poor. He insisted to come to Rowcroft as he felt safe and cared for and this was his wish and Rowcroft doctors and nurses made sure he had his wish we are truly grateful.

I had massage on my feet and legs.
I felt perfectly returned and had a job to help awake a lovely feeling.
I do not think this treatment could be improved. Liz is a very caring lady.

My care was first class and I can't see where any improvement could be made.
I felt content and relaxed after each treatment and very happy with my carer. She was lovely and most helpful in every way. I will be sad when my treatment is over.

Most relaxing and never want treatment to end.
Wish I could have other treatment apart from reflexology.
