Patients and families received such loving care. Staff will do 110% to make sure everyone is welcome. My dad had an awful experience in hospital the care was poor. He insisted to come to Rowcroft as he felt safe and cared for and this was his wish and Rowcroft doctors and nurses made sure he had his wish we are truly grateful.
