I found it was very beneficial and helped me through a very difficult time. The staff members service was always really professional and caring when giving me complimentary therapy.
The support I also received was very helpful and assisted me to be strong enough to return to work, I am really appreciative of all the care and support from all.

I found Liz so kind and caring.
So easy to talk with. I had back massage which I found very helpful. Thank you very much Rowcraft.

The kind and caring way the whole staff from Drs down to volunteers, look after each and every patient. The patient's needs are met without fuss or criticism and they are included every step of the way. We as family members can be assured that in our absence the patient is well cared for.
The next part has taken a bit of consideration to write and I've tried to be understanding from both sides. Whereas it is lovely for friends and family to meet and benefit from talking to other friends and family visitors, and also for the patients to see activity all around, it would be nicer if the patient could pass away peacefully in a separate area and more private for the family members. It is also very upsetting for others in the ward.

From the start - communication, encouragement and reassurance. The realization that I was in such listening and capable hands was such a relief and that I and my family did not have to go through all the problems I kept encountering, alone.
As things cropped up as a problem - help was only a telephone call away or someone that she could help was on hand. Cannot convey my gratitude or think of other improvements required.
