From the start - communication, encouragement and reassurance. The realization that I was in such listening and capable hands was such a relief and that I and my family did not have to go through all the problems I kept encountering, alone. As things cropped up as a problem - help was only a telephone call away or someone that she could help was on hand. Cannot convey my gratitude or think of other improvements required.
