BEST ward I’ve ever been on. My first ever ward and the most helpful ward. The staff are so kind and accommodating to everyone’s needs. They really saved me and got things done so fast and this ward literally saved my life. The staff are SOOO LOVELY and I felt so safe here and they really care about the patients. I know everyone’s experience is different but this ward really helped me and I’m so thankful for all the staff here. And they actually do loads of activities and interact with the patients. and they go above and beyond to look after you if I could go into more detail I would. well done poplar 10/10

They were kind and supportive and I kept on getting treats and clothes, etc, I get on will with every one and better now.

Everything seems ok, but staff rush and run away from you when you ask for something, they keep passing you on to others. Staff are generally good.

It’s not staff fault, but there aren’t always staff to take me out on ground leave. The occupational therapist are good here.
