I,d like some physio. I’m stuck on my chair & hoist so cannot move.

Food is quiet good, and able to see doctor when requested

I would like more physio. I was hoping to have been walking by now, but haven’t. I feel we are sitting here for long while and not doing a lot. Woul like more activities.

This service is 9/10, completely satisfied with this service. I feel safe about what happening to me here. Members of staff are doing their upmost best to see that we’re doing well. They respond to the care alarm very quickly

The care alarm doesn’t indicate if the alarm has been received by the staff in the office.

Never been admitted for mental health problems before so I didn't know what to expect lots of OT groups to go to and we were fed a lot kept an eye on I don't think a lot of the staff were trained enough and some not at all.

Making sure each patient has an allocated nurse, nurse buddy and HCA buddy quicker. Take more control of violent situations and be more specified careful with deciding whose in what room etc for safety purpose of all patients with different and problems.

Excellent staff. Particularly Debbie Jodie. Anna. All staff welcoming . No problems on the ward they all work very hard and explain how sectioning works Some women feel more safe with men rather than women. The use of restraining is appauling. There is no dignity at times and the use of dash cams is used inappropriately.

A mixed ward and different age range. More male then female staff. Age range 18-65 in my opinion is a large age range. The ward worked well in 2013 when the patients were mixed. Some women feel more safe with men rather than women. The use of restraining is appealing. There is no dignity. Other then that Dr igae is a brilliant consultation and I respect him implicitly.
