Personal interaction good.
Bad code registration machine turned 90 degrees so the sun is not on the face making it difficult to read but the system is a good improvement.

Very attentive care by extremely pleasant staff. Issues were explained clearly.
I did wait quite a long time. Arrived at 10:15 and finished 11:50 but that may have been due to eye drops administered.
