Everyone was polite and pleasant. The nurse was careful to review current condition and past history of my father and took time to be personable. We had a 2pm appointment but we were called in ahead of schedule. The waiting room was not crowded and looked clean and organized.
The pre-op nurse was very friendly and made me feel at ease. This was important when feeling anxious about having a procedure.
Presented at A&E with painful foot and leg. Seen and admitted to A&E within 45 minutes. Kept overnight. Next surgery scheduled one week hence (at Southampton).
From first contact by nurse practioner who diagnosed the problem to leaving next day I have nothing but praise for every member of staff I met. And those I didn't.
The pre-op assessment was carried out by Nurse Jean. She was caring, informative
and was not rushed. the Appt was on time. She put my mind at rest concerning the Prostate Biopsy.
This was really informative. Everything is really clear about what we need to do before and after the operation. A big thanks to everyone at QA and the NHS.
I have been a patient in the Rheumatology dept for quite a few years now,and have always been treated very well by every member of staff that I have been in contact with.I have no complaints so far.
The staff from every department are amazing ,they couldn’t have been more attentive I felt completely at ease at all times they are all a credit to the hospital
My stay was enhanced by the high standard of clinical, nursing and auxiliary staff.
I was also pleased with the standard and choice of food.
An informal and professional service.
Our NHS is always being criticized but I have had nothing but great care whenever I have been to hospital. The staff are always amazing and a real credit to their profession. I have nothing but praise and thanks for everything that they do. Thank you.
