I was always attended to when needed assistance. Would have loved longer visiting hours but understand the patients needed rests. There were all lovely (nurses) and made me feel welcome.

The staff were good and helpful.
I think things that can be improved:
When ringing for help, not to be kept waiting especially when the elderly need the loo.
Window shut properly, no blanket given.
In pain asked for nurse - 4 nurses each past on to the next until the morning - in pain.
