The initial care before and straight after surgery was fantastic. The discharge procedure was a nightmare. I was told it was the pharmacy but staff hadn't handed it over.

I'm a light sleeper so was often woken in the night, maybe the offer of ear plugs.

My level of care was exellent by all the medical staff right down to the bed makers, dinner ladies and all the nurses & doctors. Everyone was so helpful & friendly.
