Professional, friendly staff. Comfortable clean accomodation, privacy when required. There were some discrepancies in the manner of delivering some of my treatment (IV through canula or drip).

When in pain it's hard to talk. So if more words are put on a plate it would be more helpful for example: Is your name ? and is your date of birth such and such.
