Staff do the best they can with the limits imposed.
You do have ask what's going on especially if you're sitting waiting - information is King.

Most of it was good but I found I was cold all nigh because the ward seemed unheated.
The care and attention otherwise was very good and staff always friendly and efficient - thank you for having me!
